Migrate (d6 to d7) | Europalov

I'm trying to upgrade my website from Drupal 6 to 7, but the challenge is that is has been upgraded from Drupal 5 and contains a lot of unused variables and old junk.

That's why it would be nice to get a clean Drupal 7 version of my website with the Drupal Migrate d2d module.

I'm not proficient with php, so I'm seeking help to create a migrate module that I can run with Drush. I have read most of the documentation for the migrate module, but it will take me too long to finalize a module. It's a steep learning curve…

It's only text, date, and link fields. Pretty simple. It is, however, important that the nodes get the same node ID, because the pathauto module will generate an alias that will look like this: domain-name.com/"static-name"/[node:title]/id-[node:nid]". In other words, the Drupal 7 URL needs to match the Drupal 6 URL.

Could you help me?
I have already created the destination site with all the content types and fields.

How much would it costs? Please give me your reasonable offer :)

Please take a look at my files:

SOURCE (Drupal 6)

eldev-drupal6-2014-06-16-4-04 PM.sql
eldev-drupal6.zip

DESTINATION (Drupal 7)

europalov-destination-2014-06-16-4-11 PM.sql
europalov-destination.zip

Drupal username:
"admin"

Drupal Password:
"admin-xdeb"

The source and destination fields and taxonomies terms have the same name.

Ignore (DNM) the following content types:

Book page book
Image image
Nyhetsnotis news
Panel panel
Sektor sector
rss-feed rss_feed

Ignore (DNM) the following fields

Viktig endring field_viktig_endring Integer
Komite field_komitologikomite Node reference

Ignore (DNM) all menus

…except main menu

Transform:

  • Source:
    Sak på gang i EFTA-domstolen field_sak_i_domstolen Integer

  • Destination:
Sak på gang i EFTA-domstolen field_sak_i_domstolen List (text)

Some of the fields have changed from "text" in Drupal 6 to "long text" in Drupal 7. But as mention above, the source and destination fields have the same field_name. This should make it easier for you.

You can delete all the lorem ipsum content on the destination site.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
