Short-term implementation of Migrate Module ~30 hours | Sub

Hi folks -
I'm looking for any developers who have successfully implemented the migrate module for a Drupal 6 to Drupal 7 migrate task. The D7 site is close to ready to launch, but needs to be populated with the content of its D6 site. We are looking at roughly 1600 users with pictures and roles, 2000 files, 3000 nodes in 11 or so content types, 150 OGs, and Location data. I'm thinking someone who has worked with the migrate module should be able to do this in 30 hours or less, but I also realize it is pretty complex.
